Antonela Solujić, viši savetnik za energetsku efikasnost u Udruženju za energetiku u Privrednoj komori Srbije, dinplomirani mašinski inžnjer (master ekvivalent). Završila je studije na Mašinskom fakultetu Univerziteta u Beogradu. U periodu od 2001 do 2023 godine radila u Ministarstvu rudarstva i energetike na poslovim kreiranja politike i izradi zakonodavnog okvira u oblasti energetske efikasnosti kao i u uspostavljanju mehanizama finansiranja energetske efikasnosti, od 2005. godine u svojstvu rukovodioca. Pohađala je više specijalizovanih obuka iz oblasti enegetske efikasnosti, obnovljivih izovra energije, održivog razvoja i klimatskih promena. Od 2008. godine predstavnik Republike Srbije u radnoj grupi za energetsku efikasnost pri Energetskoj zajednici. Član Pregovaračke grupe za pristupanje EU za poglavlje 15 energetika. Višegodišnje iskustvo u pripremi predloga projekata i učešće u realizaciji većeg broja projekata finansiranih od strane donatora, međunarodnih instiucija i međunarodnih finansijskih institucija kao što su UNDP, GEF, Svetska banka, KfW, EU (IPA), GIZ, EBRD SECO, CEB itd.

Antonela Solujić, Senior Advisor for Energy Efficiency in the Association for Energy in the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, is a graduate mechanical engineer (Master). She graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Belgrade. In the period from 2001 to 2023, she was an employee at the Ministry of Mining and Energy on the development of policy and drafting the legal framework in the field of energy efficiency, as well as in the establishment of financing mechanisms for energy efficiency, since 2005 in the position of a manager. She participated in several specialized trainings on energy efficiency, renewable energy sources, sustainable development, and climate change. Since 2008, she has represented the Republic of Serbia in the Energy Efficiency Task Force/Coordination Group of the Energy Community. She was a member of the negotiating group for EU Accession for Chapter 15 Energy. She has many years of experience in preparing project proposals and participating in the realization of a large number of projects financed by donors, international institutions, and international financial institutions such as UNDP, GEF, World Bank, KfW, EU (IPA), GIZ, EBRD SECO, CEB, etc.

 

Dušan Stokić, diplomirao je i magistrirao na Mašinskom fakultetu Univerziteta u Beogradu iz oblasti termotehnike i kriogene tehnike. U svojoj profesionalnoj karijeri radio je na izradi tehničke dokumentacije za termo-ventilacionu opremu, zatim je u Institutu za nuklearne nauke VINČA radio kao operater na postrojenju za proizvodnju tečnog helijuma. Kratko je radio kao konsultant za mala i srednja preduzeća, a od 2001. godine radi u Privrednoj komori Srbije (PKS) na temama koje se odnose na zaštitu životne sredine, standardizaciju, kvalitet, bezbednost proizvoda, održivost, društvenu odgovornost i dr. Trenutno je na poziciji rukovodioca Centra za životnu sredinu, tehničke propise, kvalitet i društvenu odgovornost. Aktivan je kao: predsednik Nacionalnog tehničkog komiteta KS A207 (koji prati rad ISO/TC207) za ISO 14000 seriju standarda, predsednik Nacionalnog tehničkog komiteta KS A268 (koji prati rad ISO/TC268) za ISO standarde održivosti i društvene odgovornosti, vođa je Tima PKS za dodelu Nacionalne nagrade za društveno odgovorno poslovanje „Đorđe Vajfert“, član Pregovaračke grupe 27-Životna sredina i klimatske promene u ime PKS, član Nacionalnog saveta za kvalitet (kao predstavnik PKS), član Izvršnog odbora FQCE (Fondacija za kulturu kvaliteta i izvrsnost) i dr. Od 2006. do 2018. godine na Fakultetu organizacionih nauka bio je angažovan kao spoljni saradnik – predavač na predmetu „Normativno regulisanje kvaliteta – CE označavanje“; Proglašen je za najboljeg mladog istraživača Instituta za nuklearne nauke Vinča za 1998. godinu. Ambasadori životne sredine za održivi razvoj dodelili su mu 2014. priznanje za diplomatiju koja promoviše značaj zaštite životne sredine i održivog razvoja. Koautor je udžbenika i priručnika za univerzitetski predmet: „CE označavanje proizvoda“ i objavio je više od 60 stručnih radova i članaka.

Dušan Stokić obtained his master's degree at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade, in the fields of thermotechnics and cryogenic engineering. In his professional careear, he has been working on the preparation of technical documentation for thermal ventilation equipment, then, at the VINČA Institute for Nuclear Sciences he worked as an operator on a liquid helium production plant. Shortly, he worked as a consultant for small and medium-sized enterprises. Since 2001, he has been working within the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia  (CCIS) on topics related to environmental protection, standardization, quality, product safety, sustainablity, social responsibility, etc. Currently he is on the position of the head of the Center for Environment, Technical Regulations, Quality and Social Responsibility. He is active as: president of National Technical Committee KS A207 (mirror committee to ISO/TC207) for ISO 14000 series of standards, president of National Technical Committee KS A268 (mirror committee to ISO/TC268) for ISO sustainability and social responsibility standards, leader of the CCIS Team for performing the National Award for Corporate Social Responsibility, member of the Negotiating Group 27-Environment and Climate Change on behalf of the CCIS, member of National Quality Council (as a representative of CCIS), member of Executive Board of FQCE (Fund for Quality Culture and Excellence), etc. From 2006 to 2018, at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, he was engaged as a teaching assistant (associate fellow) on the course “EU norms and regulations in quality – CE marking”; He was named the best young researcher at the Vinča Institute of Nuclear Sciences for 1998. In June 2014, the Environmental Ambassadors for Sustainable Development awarded him an acknowledgement for diplomacy that promotes the importance of environmental protection and sustainable development. He is a co-author of 1 book and 1 handbook for University course: “CE marking of products” and he published more than 60 professional papers and articles.

 

 

Dr Miodrag Mesarović, redovni član Akademije inženjerskih nauka Srbije (AINS) od 2000. godine, diplomirao je na Odseku za tehničku fiziku Elektrotehničkog fakulteta u Beogradu 1961. godine, a doktorirao na Mašinskom fakultetu 1978. godine iz oblasti simulacije nestacionarnih procesa sa promenom faza radnog medijuma u termoenergetskim postrojenjima. Od početka 1962. godine do danas radi u Energoprojektu u Beogradu, na različitim pozicijama od projektantskih do pozicije generalnog direktora, a od 2001. pa i danas kao specijalni savetnik. Predsednik je internog Stručnog saveta od 1987. godine. Najveći deo radnog veka je posvetio proučavanju i projektovanju složenih energetskih postrojenja i sistema. Učestvovao je u nekoliko stotina privrednih projekata u zemlji i inostranstvu iz oblasti energetskih sistema i energetskih tehnologija, kao i u brojnim naučno-istraživačkim projektima o specifičnim problemima u termoeneregtici, nuklearnoj tehnologiji, zaštiti životne sredine, proizvodnji pijaće vode i drugim. Boravio je i na više specijalizacija u inostranstvu (u Nemačkoj, Švedskoj, Holandiji, Francuskoj, Austriji i drugde). Za uspehe u radu je odlikovan (Orden rada sa zlatnim vencem), više puta nagrađivan i pohvaljivan (Povelja “Nikola Tesla”, i dr.). Učestvovao je na velikom broju stručnih i naučnih skupova u zemlji i inostranstvu i publikovao oko 200 stručnih i naučnih radova iz oblasti strateškog razvoja energetike, termoenergetike, racionalne potrošnje energije, primene obnovljivih izvora energije, zaštite životne sredine, globalnih promena klime, nuklearne sigurnosti, pouzdanosti složenih sistema, uključujući elektroenergetske mreže, dobijanja pijaće iz morske vode, i drugih. Učestvovao je kao član ili koordinator više ekspertskih timova, imenovanih za izradu predloga strategija razvoja privrede i energetike na nivou države, kao i na nivou regiona ili lokalnih samouprava. Osim toga, učestvovao je u dugoročnom planiranju energetike drugih zemalja (Angola, Kina, Irak, Katar i drugih). Dr Miodrag Mesarović je generalni sekretar Srpskog komiteta Svetskog saveta za energiju (WEC) i član Naučnog odbora Društva termičara Srbije, kao i aktivni član Nuklearnog društva Srbije, Srpskog komiteta Međunarodne konferencije za velike energetske mreže (CIGRE), idr. Član je i uređivačkih odbora časopisa “Tehnička dijagnostika”, “Nuklearna tehnologija i zaštita od zračenja” i “Energoprojekt” i recenzent više specijalizovanih knjiga i monografija. Aktivan je u državnim programima energetske efikasnosti.

 

Miodrag Mesarović, PhD, Full Member of the Academy of Engineering Sciences of Serbia (AESS) from 2000, took his B.Sc. degree at the Technical Physics Department of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade in 1961 and his Ph.D. degree at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in 1978 on the subject of simulation of unsteady processes with phase changes of working medium in thermal power plants. Mesarović is employed by Energoprojekt Consulting Engineers Co. in Belgrade from the beginning of 1962 by now, currently as a senior advisor (2001 to date). He is the chairman of the company's Council of experts from 1987 onwards. Major part of the career he devoted to studies and designs of complex energy facilities and systems. He has taken part in several hundred projects in Serbia and abroad in the fields of energy systems and facilities, as well as in numerous research and development projects in specific subjects of thermal engineering, nuclear technology, environmental protection, water production technology and others. He passed several training courses abroad (in Germany, Sweden, Netherlands, France, Austria, and elsewhere). For his professional achievements Mesarović was honoured (decoration of work with golden wreath), several times rewarded and praised (“Nikola Tesla” charter, and others). Dr Mesarović has taken part in a large number of professional and scientific conferences in Serbia and abroad, and published cca 200 reports in the fields of energy development strategies, thermal engineering, energy efficiency, renewable energy sources, environmental pollution, nuclear safety, reliability of complex systems, including electric power networks, production of fresh water from the seawater, etc. He was engaged as a member or co-ordinator of a number of expert teams nominated to elaborate proposals of strategic documents on energy and economic development at the state level as well as regional or local community level. Besides, he has taken part in long term development planning of energy in a number of foreign countries (Qatar, Angola, China Iraq, and elsewhere). Dr Mesarović is the secretary general of Serbian member committee of the World Energy Council and member of the Scientific board of Serbian Thermal engineering society, as well as an active member of Serbian nuclear society, Serbian Committee of International Conference on Large Electric Networks (CIGRE) He is member of editorial boards of “Nuclear technology and Radiation Protection”, "Technical Diagnostics" and several other journals and editor of several books and monographs. He is also active in governmental programs concerning energy efficiency.

 


Dr Nataša Nord je profesor na Insitutu za energetiku i procesnu tehniku na Norveškom univerzitetu za nauku i tehnologiju u Trondhajmu (NTNU), Norveška. Trenutno ima ulogu zamenika šefa insituta za obrazovanje. Ona ima istraživačko iskustvo u daljinskom grejanju, energetskom planiranju, nadzoru energije zgrada, simulacijama zgrada, optimizaciji i detekciji kvarova. Bila je član Programa izvanrednih akademskih stipendista na NTNU koji se fokusira na kvalifikovanje nekih od najistaknutijih mladih istraživačkih talenata za međunarodno vodeće istraživačke karijere. Bila je vođa projekta za dva istraživačka projekta, jedan Horizon 2020 MSCA-IF, nekoliko projekata saradnje sa industrijom i projekat inovativne nastave. Neki od njenih projekata bili su fokusirani na analizu performansi i upravljanja toplotnim pumpama i sistemima za snabdevanje energijom zgrada. U laboratoriji je ona odgovorna za postrojenje CO2 toplotne pumpe i jedne podstanice daljinskog grejanja. Ona je glavni ili koautor više od 50 radova u časopisima i ima Scopus h-indeks 23.

 

Natasa Nord is Professor at the Department of Energy and Process Engineering at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim (NTNU), Norway. Currently, she has a role as department deputy for education. She has strong background in district heating, energy planning, building energy monitoring, building simulation, optimization, and fault detection. She was a member of the Outstanding Academic Fellowship Programme at NTNU that focuses to qualify some of our foremost young research talents for internationally leading research careers. She has been a project leader for two research projects, one Horizon 2020 MSCA-IF, several collaboration and industry related projects, and a project on innovative teaching. Some of her projects were focusing on performance and control analysis of heat pump and energy supply systems for buildings. In the laboratory, the entire CO2 heat pump plant and the heated room has been developed by her and the laboratory engineers. In addition, she is responsible for a district heating rig in the laboratory.  She is the main or co-author of more than 50 journal papers and has Scopus h-index 23.

 

Krishna Busawon PhD, is currently a Professor in Control Systems Engineering in the Faculty of Engineering and Environment at Northumbria University. He is a Fellow of the IET and the Chair of the IEEE Control Systems Society for the UK and Ireland. He obtained his first degree in Mathematics and Fundamental Sciences from University of St-Etienne in 1989. Professor Krishna Busawon research is primarily concerned with the development of control system theories and methodologies, and mathematical modelling with applications to electrical power systems, mechanical systems and various other practical applications. In particular, he has introduced the concept of PI-observers (Proportional-Integral observers) and output observers in control systems theory that are now widely used for faults monitoring in systems, such as in offshore wind turbines. He has published more than 270 papers and co-authored two books on control systems in Springer. In particular, he has obtained the best paper award for his work on the mathematical modelling of state-of-charge for Lithium-ion batteries at the International Universities Power Engineering Conference (UPEC) in 2018. He has supervised 12 PhD students as principal supervisor and jointly supervised 15 PhD students, who have all successfully obtained their PhD degrees, and who are now themselves either lecturer, professors, chief engineers, and consultants in other universities, industries and research institutions.

Professor Krishna Busawon have led and contributed to the development of over £2.5m interdisciplinary grant proposals on topics related to control, capacity building in renewable energy, and life-long learning submitted to different funding bodies, EU Commission, EPSRC, NATO and research development funds.

 

 

Prof. dr Miloš Banjac, pored rada na Mašinskom fakultetu Univerziteta u Beogradu, od 1993, a od 2014. godine i u zvanju redovnog profesora, u svojim matičnim oblastima, termodinamici i prostiranju toplote, u periodu od 2010 do 2020. godine radio je i u Ministarstvu rudarstva i energetike, gde je kao pomoćnik ministra rukovodio radom Sektora za energetsku efikasnost i obnovljive izvore energije. U tom periodu, učestvovao je ili rukovodio izradom svih najvažnijih pravnih i strateških dokumenta iz oblasti srpske energetike: Zakonu o energetici (2011), Zakonu o efikasnom korišćenju energije (2013), Zakonu o energetici (2014), Strategijom razvoja energetike Republike Srbije do 2025. godine sa projekcijama do 2030. godine (2015), Programom ostvarivanja strategije razvoja energetike za period od 2017 do 2023 (2017), sva tri Nacionalna akciona plana za energetsku efikasnost (2010, 2013, 2017), kao i Nacionalnim akcioni planom za obnovljive izvore energije (2013). Istovremeno, zajedno sa svojim saradnicima, kroz izradu desetina podzakonskih akata kreirao zakonski milje koji je omogućio je da se osnuje Budžetski fond za energetsku efikasnost, zatim da se u Srbiji uspostavi Sistem energetskog menadžmenta - kao potpun nov i autohton sistema za praćenje i smanjenje potrošnje energije na nivou cele Srbije, kao i da se stvori pravni osnov za podsticanje izgradnje elektrana na obnovljive izvore, što je rezultiralo izgradnjom više 500 MW novih elektrana na obnovljive izvore.

Autor, odnosno koautor više od 150 nauno-stručnih radova iz oblasti termomehanike, energetske efikasnosti i obnovljivih izvora energije, objavljenih u stranim i domaćim časopisima ili saopštenih na međunarodnim ili domaćim naučnim i stručnim skupovima, a, od kojih je 20 je objavljeno časopisima referisanih na na Tomson Rojtersovoj SCI listi.  Autor, odnosno koautor je 12 udžbenika ili pomoćnih udžbenika. U svojstvu mentora rukovodio je izradom 5 doktorskih disertacija.

Generalni sekretar srpkog komiteta Svetskog saveta za energiju, član je Odbora za energetiku Srpske akademija nauka i umetnosti i predsednik Matičnog naučnog odbora za energetiku i rudarstvo pri Ministarstvu prosvete, nauke i tehnološkog razvoja.
